ARC Equipment offers a 30 days return policy to online purchases. and 15 days for purchases made at the customer’s premises or after a demo only after a troubleshooting attempt by us.
An accepted return product/s must meet the following requirements.
1- Items must be in a good condition.
2- Return Shipment and Fees will be packed and handled by the customer.
3- Return Items must be packed properly and shipped to 134 Briarwood Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
4- Refund will be issued by ARC Equipment using the same payment method the customer have used when purchasing the products.
5- Refund will be up to 100% if the items are in a good condition. Otherwise, we will asses the quality of the returned product and work with our customer to agree on a refund rate that is acceptable for both parties.
6- Refund will be issued once the returned items have been received by ARC Equipment LLC.
